Back to School! First Week Outfits

Hey everyone! So it's finally back to school and I thought why not show you guys what I'm wearing for the first week of school. Get you some inspiration for the school year or if you haven't gone back yet, get you excited for the new school year. (not really)

So this week I have only 4 days of school Tuesday-Friday, but I thought I'd throw in Saturday just so it's a full 5 days.

Tuesday I'm wearing:

For makeup, I simple put on some brown eye shadow over my lid with liquid eyeliner winged out and my Maybelline Baby Lip in Cherry Red.

Wednesday I'm wearing:

Short capri pants that I rolled up more from Forever 21

White Cardigan from Forever21

White flip flop from Old navy (not shown)

For makeup, I'm wearing the same as I did the day before.

Thursday I'm wearing:

Hoop earrings from Rue21

Cross earrings on my second piercings from a small shop in NYC

For makeup, I have on black gel eyeliner and Maybelline Baby Lip in Cherry Red.

Friday I'm wearing:

For makeup, I have black gel eyeliner in a cat eye and Maybelline Baby Lip in Quenched under Maybelline 720 Pearly Pink Lipstick.

Tanned

So 2 weeks at the beach and I'm already tan! It's amazing how pale I use to be :T I think I'm starting to like the new look now especially with really bright colors like neon pink against tan skin. It just makes the color really pop.
The only thing about tanning is the sunburn you might get. I highly recommend protection! Oh and  this really cool Zinc sunblock on the lips like what lifeguards use on their nose. It comes in different colors so it's cool to mess around with :D
Remember everyone, it's really important to moisturize during the summer too! You'll have better luck with cocobutter on sunburns and toning your skin. During the first day I went to the beach I got sunburn that progressed and instead of using a sugar and honey scrub on my lips I used it on my skin and it works just as well for removing dead skin.
Sunglasses and hats are going to be your friends for summer. You really have to protect your eye area because it may cause more wrinkles and it gets damaged easily. (Lesson that I've come to learn)

Adventured in Queens today

Well today I went to Flushing, Queens with my friends. The second Asian central in NY haha.

At first I was wondering around the second floor of New World Mall and I found the cutest dress ever! Too bad I didn't get it.. Maybe I'll go get it when I return sometimes. But I really want it because it reminds my of the blue version on ModCloth. The fit was like a glove!!

Afterwards I got really bored so I started to put on random glasses. It was fun! These are my fav that I should of got just to mess around. I also have pics of purple HelloKitty ones. They were cute too!

Well then after walking to other stores and running into a glass door I decided to just leave the shopping area... But I did by REALLY cute blotting sheets!

It was really cute and I got it for $6.

So one main reasons why I go to Queens is to buy bubble tea, egg tarts, and just eat. But here's some food I bought and haven't gobbled down yet :D

Yeah I love my sweet candies. All of my childhood *tear* Haha

If your wondering what that is...it's seasoned seaweed. Everyone thinks I'm weird for eating that, but I love it! It's the best thing in the world. And surprisingly, the nutrition box says it has 0calories.

I also got those little bottles of soy milk,but no need to show that :D

 So my day kind of ended after going to Joyce Leslie and I wanted this outfit(so cute but the pants were a bit tight and didn't have another size so maybe I'll go find it at another Joyce Leslie) and another dress with pink zebra print and laced ribbon in the back similar to the black sweater dress by Guess, but I had to bite down my desire :(

Very hot but I had a good day :D

Maybelline Baby Lips in Cherry Me Review

Hey everyone! I heard a lot about the Maybelline Baby Lip and really I thought what was so great about it after someone on Facebook what bragging about how they bought every color and how I watch the rave on Youtube about it. But now I know...I LOVE this product. I got the one in Cherry Red. 

Seriously, no lie.

At first I was intimated by how red the chapstick was, but I just went with my gut instincts to get it. It is EXTREMELY hard for my to find a lip product that I actually like, but I have finally found it.

I think I have sensitive lips or whatever, but unlike other lip products I used, the Baby Lips doesn't make my lips really chap or even peel/thtat white layer of...skin? It is very moisturizing and you'll probably need just need a few touch ups during the day.

When I first applied it, it was very smooth. On closer inspections, it looked like a really light coat of lip gloss without the sticky-ness. And it tinted my lips a little red which I really liked because my lips looked really pale lately. I also like wearing my MAC Ravishing lipstick and then putting it over for a really nice finish.

I like the packaging. It's dainty, small, and easy to put in the purse. I like the clear covering, so I know what color I'm putting on.

Overall, I love this product. It's finally a product that moisturizes my lips and doesn't make it chap. It gives little color which I like. It applies smooth and doesn't feel like anything is on your lips. Easy to wear and I look forward to purchasing more of Maybelline's Baby Lip line :)

Healthy Tips For Weight Lost

I am no expert on this subject. But these are my advice to follow by to losing weight.

There are at least 3 broad categories of tips to losing weight:  lifestyle, food, and the one we all dread is exercising.

Last Day with My Baby

Last day I get to see my baby, Noodle! He's going to be apart from me the whole summer. I hope he remembers me when I return :) I gave him a shower today before he has to go to the vet then someone's house the whole summer <3
